Don Joaquin Perez Scholarship Foundation, Inc., intimidating of a title as it may seem is a humble institution founded in an effort to give support to financially constraint but academically exceptional students. Don Joaquin Scholarship Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit organization formed in June, 2002. Its founder, Joaquin Vez Perez Jr. is a computer specialist who had once experienced the adversity of being a self-sustaining student. Through this foundation his dream to help those who are in the same shoe will be realized.

The foundation can only fulfill its altruistic mission through the help of various institutions, both government and private, and concerned citizens as well.
